        You should absolutely come and visit, I have walked by this restaurant many times before it's grand opening and on the day it actually opened I went by accident to get away from the rain. The decor and ambiance is amazing, the price is more than fair especially for somewhere downtown. And the staff is extremely sociable and friendly.         2nd time in Buffalo and was looking for a trendy restaurant with various types of food. PHO Waves Restaurant stood out to me first for the name and that there was street parking. Hostess and waiters were very nice and accommodated to food substitutions. They were also very careful to any of our food allergies. Food was delicious especially the sashimi and noodle dishes. Plus the food came out very fast. Will come back again. If you are close by or just want to try out a new all you can eat restaurant I definitely recommend Waves Restaurant!!!    by Simone C. @ Yelp

        Everything was great! Service, food and atmosphere. I love all the visual aspects of the restaurant.  It was very relaxing and enjoyable.
